S.J. Burke & Company Limited t/a Burke Lubricants operate no fuss Return & Cancellation policies.
The present conditions for online sale apply to all interrelation between, on one hand, the company S.J. Burke &Company Limited, hereinafter called 'Burke Lubricants', and, on the other hand, any person who places an order on distance hereinafter called 'the client'.
We will accept all returns of whole orders which are in good condition, unopened and in their original packaging, providing that we have been informed by email to shop@oil.ie of your intent to cancel within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. Return of product will be at customer's expense. Please note that all customers have a duty of care to look after the products they order during the cancellation period.
You may wish to cancel your order. Contact shop@oil.ie and we will issue you with a full refund for the cost of the product and any delivery charge you paid, providing that the goods have not left our stores in which case our Return Policy will apply.
